Emilien Moyon, PhD, is the Director of the Global Entertainment and Music Business Graduate Program at Berklee College of Music inValencia, Spain. He holds a PhD in Strategy for which he received the 2012 award for the best PhD dissertation in this field in France. His research focuses on business model innovation and strategies of change in music and entertainment. His academic work was published in top academic journals (International Studies of Management, Organization and Management International, etc.), presented to international academic conferences (xDesign Harvard, The Academy of Management, Tokyo International Music Content Forum, etc.) and music conferences (MIDEM, Sonàr, Primavera Sounds, Rethink Music, BIME, Mama, etc.). Dr. Moyon is also a co-founder of the Business Model Community, an academic community involving more than 250 researchers worldwide. In 2014, Dr. Moyon founded TEDxBerkleeValencia that he has been leading since then, and co-founded the music label Disrupción Records. Outside of academia, his business experience encompasses marketing (RC Lens, Professional Football team, NordClim) and technology startup (Adistar). A mathematician by trade Steffen turned AWAL and followed his passion and joined Polygram, one of the former six major labels,as a marketing manager.
After the merger with Universal Music he became label manager of several US labels (MCA, Interscope, Geffen) before following the call of Apple to start an amazing adventure with the German Music team for iTunes.
After almost 10 years between Berlin, London and Paris he moved to Valencia, where he now joined the TedxBerkleeValencia team.

Maxwell Moya Wright
Max Wright is a Latin Grammy awarded musician and producer, with over ten music albums published during his professional career. After covering over 40 countries worldwide as a performer in prestigious festivals and legendary music venues, Max started his own company related to musical content, both for advertising and events, under the name Royal Sonora. Max now currently works as Senior Coordinator of Professional Development at Berklee College of Music, Valencia Campus whilst combining his role as founder and director of the Formentera Jazz Festival in the Balearic Islands, Spain.
Max's artists to watch out for in 2017 are Quadron, James Tillman, and Tiggs Da Author.
Katie comes from Scottsdale, Arizona where she started her career in volunteer management in parks and recreation (Leslie Knope, anyone?).
In 2003, Katie did a study abroad semester in Alicante, Spain and fell in love with the people and culture. She moved back to Spain in 2005 where she taught English, consulted small businesses on their digital presence, and got a master’s degree in Peace, Conflict, and Development.
She travels frequently to the US for family time, and makes the most of each day by being insatiably positive. Currently, she is the inbound marketing manager at Berklee College of Music.

Taylor is originally from Berlin, Maryland, where her passion for music began at a young age. Her passion grew through a Bachelors in Music Industry from York College of PA and a study abroad experience called Semester at Sea, where she traveled to 15 different countries all over the Atlantic.
Because of her love for music and travel, she landed in Valencia, Spain pursuing a Master's degree in Global Entertainment and Music Business at Berklee College of Music. Taylor has worked extensively in the hospitality industry as a manager and event coordinator, as well as in the entertainment industry as a stage manager, junior talent agent, and live event specialist.
Taylor takes her experiences with live entertainment from all over the world and puts it to use in every event production team she is a part of. She uses this knowledge to create a special connection between artists and audiences and unforgettable events.

Maria de Luna Visa
Maria was born the 7th June, 1993 (Barcelona). Since she was 5 years old she started studying music. At the age of 18, Maria starts her undergraduate studies in the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona), studying Business & Management. One year later, she is accepted as a full-time student in the “Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu” (Barcelona), in which she studies the classical music undergrad, playing the classical double bass.
During the year 2015, she was accepted to study her last course in music in the "Folkwang Universität der Künste” (Essen, Germany). During her university years, she works actively as a freelance musician; working, recording and touring with different symphonic and chamber orchestras, such as Orquestra Simfónica del Vallès (OSV), Simfónica de Cobla i Corda de Catalunya (SCCC), Proyecto Beta, El Camino Youth Orchestra, Opera Jove de Catalunya (OJC), among others.
Nowadays, Maria has two undergrads and is studying a Master in “Global Entertainment & Music Business” in the Berklee College of Music and collaborating as Creative Coordinator for the TEDx Berklee Valencia, 2017.

As a skater on the roller derby team Rumtown Rollerpunks from Puerto Rico, her passion for Live Events led her to be involved in the Bout Productions and Public Relations of the team. This girl knows her stuff and is always looking to learn new things.
Now she shifts courses to Valencia, where she is currently a student at Berklee College of Music, to learn about the business in Global Entertainment and Music Business. Business administration graduate with a special focus on entrepreneurship Philippe has always seen his future in the music industry. Originally from Monaco, he is currently going through a Masters in Global Entertainment and Music Business and it is his 5th year living in Spain.
Philippe gained most of his professional experience in Europe between Monaco, France, Spain and England where he developed a deep interest for the impact of new technologies on the music industry.
